• Returns
  • You may return most products within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Returned items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.

    • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours so we can arrange a free replacement or collection.
    • For change-of-mind returns, a restocking fee may apply and return/collection costs are the customer’s responsibility.
    • Customised or made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless faulty.
  • Exchanges
  • If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault during its guarantee period, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or exchange at no cost to you.

    • Most chairs include a 5-year guarantee (2 years for 24-hour chairs).
    • Desks and accessories are guaranteed for at least 1 year.
    • Please email support@ergoforge.co.uk with photos so we can resolve this issue quickly.
  • Refunds
  • Refunds are processed once we’ve received and inspected your return. This usually takes up to 10 working days from receipt of goods.

    • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
    • Deductions may apply if items are returned with missing parts, signs of assembly, or damage.
    • Original delivery and installation charges are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or misdescribed).
  • Shipping
  • All orders include free UK mainland delivery. We provide full tracking on every order so you know exactly when your items will arrive.

    • Deliveries are Monday–Friday (business days). Please check all items on arrival and notify us of any issues within 48 hours.
    • Chairs & Accessories: Usually delivered next working day when ordered before 3pm.
    • Desks: Delivered within 1–4 working days depending on stock and courier schedules.
