Yes. If an item is out of stock, you’ll see a “Notify Me” button on the product page. Enter your email, and we’ll alert you as soon as it’s available again.

Our chairs and desks are built for daily use. For best results: Wipe down frames and desktops with a damp cloth.Vacuum or spot-clean chair fabric. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasives.

Our ergonomic chairs and desks are adjustable to fit a wide range of body types. Each product page includes full specifications (seat height, desk range, weight capacity). If you’re unsure, email us and we’ll guide you.

At checkout, enter your gift card code in the “Discount/Gift Card” box. The balance will be applied automatically.

Most of our desks and chairs ship directly from UK suppliers and are replenished regularly. Popular items are usually restocked within 1–2 weeks.

We work with trusted UK distributors and suppliers who source products from both the UK and international manufacturers. Every item is vetted for quality and ergonomic design before being added to our store.

We operate online-only, so returns are handled by post. We don’t currently offer in-person returns.

Yes. Our checkout is SSL-encrypted and PCI DSS compliant — the same standard used by banks. We never see or store your card details; payments are handled by trusted providers (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal).

Shipping is free on all orders. Orders placed before 3pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day for next-business-day delivery across the UK.

All prices on our website are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable. There are no hidden fees at checkout.
